Archive for March, 2010

In December I had the privilege of attending a Harvard Medical School Continuing Education Program studying with Professor Daniel Brown on the subject of Peak Performance, Happiness and Meditation.  Three out of every four people are languishing (going through the motions of living) rather than flourishing (vitally engaged in life) and we learned the key characteristics of those who are peak performers, thriving in all aspects of life professionally and personally.  We practiced visualization and meditation to stay focused and present.

March and April  are  busy months with many speaking engagements.  I am a keynote  for the following conferences:  Weizmann Institute of Science,  Rotman Commerce Leadership Symposium, BAPS Women’s Conference, The Anti-Aging Show, Administrative Professionals Conference, and Thames Valley District School Board Conference.

I would also like to introduce you to the most amazing pillows to support your neck and shoulders.  The ENVY pillow made with memory foam cradles your cervical spine whether you sleep on your side or back.  They are available in our office at $199 http://www.envypillow.com

Homefront Magazine recently printed my article on the adventures of hiking at Explora  in Patagonia Chile.  You can read the full excerpt at http://www.homefrontmagazine.ca
