Raising the Bar!

In my passionate quest to discover new ways to get stronger, leaner and fitter for myself and patients, I have found a remarkable new fitness regime called TRX which is a suspension training system developed by Navy SEALS using your own body weight.  From beginner to advanced the workout is fun and tough!  The new club where I do these workouts is Embody Fitness in Toronto www.embodyfitnessclubs.com I would absolutely recommend that you check it out.  Since I am going to the Alps this summer to circumnavigate Mont Blanc via France, Italy and Switzerland which all border the mountain, I plan to be in super fit shape for the 80 mile hike over 6 days.
